GCr15 finish-rolled pipe is a high-carbon chromium bearing steel finish-rolled pipe with low alloy content, good performance and the most widely used.
After quenching and tempering, GCr15 fine-rolled carbon tube has high and uniform hardness, good wear resistance, and high contact fatigue performance. This finish-rolled pipe has medium cold working plasticity, average cutting performance, poor welding performance, high sensitivity to the formation of white spots, and temper brittleness. Its chemical composition includes carbon (C), manganese (Mn), silicon (Si), sulfur (S), phosphorus (P) and chromium (Cr).
GCr15 carbon steel pipes are mainly used to manufacture various bearings, rings, balls, rollers, rollers, needle rollers and automatic machine tools, internal combustion engines, electric locomotives, machine tool spindles, gears, cams, worms, spindles, bushings, pins, etc. Wear-resistant, impact-resistant and fatigue-resistant parts.
