EN 10025 S355 High Strength Low Alloy (HSLA) steel plate is used in storage tanks, the transport industry, rails, buildings, bridges, mechanical structures and automotive parts. S355 high strength low alloy hsla steel has a carbon content of 0.2% and manganese, silicon, sulfur and phosphorus content of 1.6%. S355 high strength low alloy steel has good welding properties due to its low carbon content; S355 low alloy steel material has good machining properties due to its high manganese content.
