ASTM B551 Zirconium And Zirconium R60702 Alloy Sheet
R60702 Zirconium Alloys round rod, also known as ZR702, is a pure zirconium alloy. It has the following features:
Strong corrosion resistance: It is suitable for chemical corrosion-resistant equipment. Its acid resistance is better than titanium and various steels, and is close to tantalum. Zirconium is also quite stable in alkaline solutions and can withstand the erosion of alkaline solutions and molten alkali.
Physical properties: Density is 6.5g/cm³, melting point is 1852℃.
Mechanical properties: At normal temperature, its tensile strength is 380 N/mm², yield strength is 205 N/mm², and elongation is 16%.
R60702 zirconium alloys is mainly used to manufacture heat exchangers, container linings, valves, pump casings, blades, agitators, conduits, etc. in chemical equipment.
