Product Description

40Cr Alloy Steel Plate is one of the most widely used structural steels. Due to its good mechanical properties, 40Cr structural steel sheets are widely used in the production of important quenched and tempered mechanical parts, such as gear bushings, connecting rods, screws, air inlet valves, as well as medium-sized plastic molds and mold bases in the mold manufacturing industry.

 

After quenching and tempering treatment, 40Cr Alloy Structure Steel Plate has good comprehensive mechanical properties, low temperature impact toughness and low notch sensitivity.In addition to quenching and tempering, 40Cr alloy steel sheet metal is also suitable for nitriding and high-frequency quenching. 40Cr structural plates have good hardenability, water quenching can reach 28 ~ 60mm, and oil quenching can reach 15 ~ 40mm. When the quenching temperature is 174 ~ 229HBS, the relative machinability is 60%.
