20CrMnTiB alloy metal is a substitute steel for 20CrMnTi Alloy Steel Plate. It is an alloy structural steel with good mechanical properties and process properties. The critical hardenable diameter in oil is 14~27mm. It has good machinability after normalizing and heat treatment. Its fatigue strength, deformation amount and notch sensitivity under bending load after carburization are no less than those of 20CrMnTi alloy steel sheet.
In addition, the grain growth tendency of 20CrMnTiB structural alloy steel plate during carburization is smaller, so it can be cooled (not lower than 800°C) and quenched after carburization, but the deformation amount during heat treatment is slightly larger than that of 20CrMnTi alloy steel plate.
