Product Description

Non-Oriented Electrical Steel is a fully machined steel composed of an iron-silicon alloy with varying silicon content that has the same magnetic properties in all directions in the plane of the sheet. When minimum iron loss and high magnetic permeability are required, non-oriented electrical steel is usually used as the core material. Non-oriented electrical steel housings are made from this non-oriented electrical steel and are used in a wide range of applications from household appliances to hybrid and pure electric vehicles. In the process of making non-oriented electrical steel, the molten steel solidifies into such an ingot and is therefore subjected to cold and hot rolling to obtain a complete strip. Non-oriented electrical steel has become the most widely used main material in power systems due to its advantages such as high saturation magnetization, high magnetic permeability, low iron loss, and low cost.
