Cemented carbide is a powdered sintered metallurgical product. Refractory tungsten material (WC) micronized powder as the main component, cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni) or molybdenum (Mo) as the binding agent, manufactured in vacuum or hydrogen reduction furnace.
Cemented Carbide can be used to cut cast iron, non-ferrous metals, plastics, chemical fibers, Stainless Steel, high manganese steel and so on. They are also specially used for manufacturing drilling tools, mining tools, measuring instruments, wear parts, cylinder liners, precision bearings, nozzles, metal molds, etc.
